  Firstly avoid Kim in the main office. She is almost as bad as the company.
  
  No water in the winter. The pipes freeze
  Vermin problems. They don’t fumigate or care.
  Laundry list to move out that they will eat your deposit with. Do not expect it when you move out.
  Rent increases every 6 months
  They do not pick up the phone. Ever.
  
  Edit: Good post the video, tenants should see your terrible service and hear your racist comments. You continue to disappoint, Kim
